The Abudwak District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the construction works described below. This procurement is financed under the Recurrent Cost and Reform Financing Project Phase III (RCRFIII) 2026.

Construction of Mother and Child Health (MCH) Facility – Octoobar Village (New Building)

 

Scope of Work (Summary)

The works typically include:

  • Site preparation and foundations/superstructure
  • Roofing, finishes, doors, and windows
  • Electrical and plumbing installations
  • Accessibility features (ramps, handrails, etc.)
  • External works (paths, ramps, drainage)
  • Basic furnishings as specified in the Bidding Documents, including BoQ, drawings, and technical specifications

  • Bidding Documents are available at the District Office, near the police station, just south of the former Olal Media Center.
  • Fee: USD 20 per set (non-refundable)
  • An official receipt will be issued, which must be attached to your bid.

  • Bid Submission Deadline: 12:00 PM, 29 March 2026
  • Bid Opening: Immediately after submission deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Abudwak District Main Office

  • Prepare your bid in accordance with the ITB contained in the Bidding Documents
  • Submit hard-copy sealed bids (1 original + 1 copy), clearly marked with the Reference
  • Include priced BoQ and a construction schedule
  • Bid validity: Minimum 12 days from submission deadline
  • Late bids will be rejected

5 Certificates of Completion Similar projects completed in the past Three (3) years (UN/INGO/Government etc.).
6 CV(s) of Key Personnel Project Engineer (and site supervisor), with academic/registration certificates.
7 Company Profile Legal status, ownership, organizational structure, and contact details.
8 Priced BoQ Fully priced BoQ per lot (amount in figures and words), inclusive of all taxes.
9 Signed Form of Tender Properly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
10 Bank Statement Company bank statement for the last 12 months.
12 Equipment & Capacity List/ownership/lease of key equipment and logistics available for the works.
