The Abudwak District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the construction works described below. This procurement is financed under the Recurrent Cost and Reform Financing Project Phase III (RCRFIII) 2026.

Bidders are requested to bid for one lot only:
Construction of Mother and Child Health (MCH) Facility – Octoobar Village (New Building)

Scope of Work (Summary)

The works typically include:

Site preparation and foundations/superstructure
Roofing, finishes, doors, and windows
Electrical and plumbing installations
Accessibility features (ramps, handrails, etc.)
External works (paths, ramps, drainage)
Basic furnishings as specified in the Bidding Documents, including BoQ, drawings, and technical specifications

5	Certificates of Completion	Similar projects completed in the past Three (3) years (UN/INGO/Government etc.).
6	CV(s) of Key Personnel	Project Engineer (and site supervisor), with academic/registration certificates.
7	Company Profile	Legal status, ownership, organizational structure, and contact details.
8	Priced BoQ	Fully priced BoQ per lot (amount in figures and words), inclusive of all taxes.
9	Signed Form of Tender	Properly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
10	Bank Statement	Company bank statement for the last 12 months.
12	Equipment & Capacity	List/ownership/lease of key equipment and logistics available for the works.
